The DIY version of my very successful Empowered. Healthy. Living. is a 6-week ONLINE only wellness program that you do on your schedule and at your pace. 

 

It is designed to empower you to reclaim your health, vitality and discover a whole new way of nourishing your body, mind and spirit and set you up for living a healthy lifestyle.

Each week you will receive:

  • An email with a video with that week's topic, encouragement & motivation 

  • The corresponding weekly workbook 

  • supporting handouts

  • motivation, encouragement and inspiration.

Included in the program is one 30 minute coaching session that you can use at the end to help set you up for success going forward or during to help keep you on track.

You also have the opportunity to add additional coaching sessions throughout if you find you need extra accountability and support.
