4 Questions You Should Ask for Your Health

Warning!! This may get a little edgy.

Are you asking the right questions for your health?


You do get to ask questions and I hope you will after reading this.






Listen in or read on below for four very important questions to ask if you really care about your health.



What is in my food?


Manufacturers of food in the United States must change and or remove ingredients before they can export their food products to other countries.


Other countries have banned certain food additives, GMO ingredients, growth promoters, herbicides or other dangerous practices that we still allow in the United States.


The food companies must physically manufacture two different products. One for the United States and one for other countries. So different ingredients and different packaging.

Sounds more expensive to me.


Wouldn’t it make more sense and cost the company less to create one healthy product that could be sold everywhere?


Why don’t we ban more ingredients? This is a great question!


I can tell you from experience, when I have visited other countries, you can pick out Americans a mile away. Americans are fatter and sicker than most of the world.


I am also able to eat bread, dairy and desserts in other countries and my body doesn't react negatively like it does when I am at home in the US.


Is it possible what we are eating is causing sickness and disease in the United States?


What am I putting on my body?


1,300 Cosmetic ingredients are banned or restricted in the United Kingdom, compared to only 11 in the United States.


Everything that you put on your body is quickly absorbed into your body.


Your skin is your largest organ.


The laws around ingredients have not been updated in the United States since 1938.

Many ingredients allowed in your personal care products and cosmetics are known to cause cancer, are neurotoxic and disrupt hormones. Just to name a few of the issues.


Why are these ingredients allowed? Another great question!


Look into the ingredients of the products you use. Environmental Working Group or EWG has a great App with an extensive data base where you can check your personal care products and cosmetics to see what is in them and their toxicity level.


Essentially you are consuming whatever you put on your skin.


If you couldn’t eat it should it be on your skin?


What are in my medications or injections?


You can find out. Look up the ingredients. Know what they are and what they do.


Medications are often derived from healthier vitamins, supplements, plant or herb remedies. Pharmaceutical companies can’t patent them since they are natural or from plants. So, they must re-create something similar in a lab so they can patent it.


There are a lot of ingredients used in the different medications and injections that we take.


It is always a good idea to know what exactly you are putting in your body.


Then you can decide whether you want to use it.


Some of the medications can cause symptoms that will then require another medication.


Some medications may cause a deficiency. Just by taking a vitamin or supplement it may prevent you from needing an additional medication. The symptoms from a deficiency may not be equated with the deficiency so another medication may be prescribed.


There is a great book called Drug Muggers written by Suzy Cohen, RPh that can help you determine what you may be deficient in when taking certain medications.


Look at the statistics for the medication or injection. What are the side effects?


If it is in a trial phase there may not be many statistics yet. Maybe you don’t want to be part of the trial. Perhaps there are other healthier options.


Ask the questions, do your own research and know your options because your health and life may depend on it.


What am I watching or listening to?


What you watch and what you listen to can create stress, worry, exhaustion and toxicity in your body which can lead to sickness and disease.

If you are watching or listening to news (on in the background also counts because your subconscious is listening all the time) then you are ingesting a lot of negativity. Social media also should be included here.


Be very careful what you are consuming.


When we focus on negativity then we will see and receive more negativity in our lives.


Just in my life I have seen my child, my dad, my step-mom, my clients and even myself get off or reduce some medications just by changing to eating a whole real food diet and living a healthy lifestyle.


You would be amazed at how much better you will feel when you do too.
